Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the mobile application GeoDash: Flag & Capital Quiz (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lokesh Kumar Jain / Darpo ('Developer', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

2. License to Use the Application

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and execute the App on compatible Android mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or country database bundled in the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Educational Content

The App design, source code, game mechanics (including Triple Test and daily challenge algorithms), audio effects, graphics, and brand identifiers ('GeoDash') are owned by or licensed to the Developer and protected under copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

National flags, country names, capital cities, and currencies displayed in the App are public-domain national emblems and geographical factual data utilized strictly for educational trivia and identification purposes.

4. Leaderboards & Fair Play

GeoDash provides a global leaderboard ranking top players worldwide. To preserve fair competition for all players:

• You agree not to use bots, automated scripts, speed hacks, or packet-injection tools to generate fraudulent scores or manipulate XP.
• We reserve the right to remove any score, reset streaks, or block device identifiers from leaderboard participation if fraudulent activity or score tampering is detected.

5. In-App Purchases and Digital Items

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including 'GeoDash Premium' or 'Remove Ads'. All transactions are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's standard terms of service.

• Digital items (including streak freezes or ad removal) are non-refundable once unlocked, except as mandated by Google Play refund policies or local consumer protection laws.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle via Google Play Subscriptions management.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Content

The free edition of GeoDash is supported by third-party advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. We make every reasonable effort to restrict advertisements to general and family-safe categories; however, we do not control third-party advertising content. Interacting with third-party ads is done at your own discretion.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

The App is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% geographical accuracy across all 195 countries, capitals, and currencies, we do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every Android device variant or custom ROM.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App, including loss of saved data, streak progress, or device malfunction.

9. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, question category, or game mode in the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
